Come and enjoy Japanese artisanal cheese paired with craft sake and discover this natural pairing that outperforms wine.
I will host the event with Akiko Akao, a certified cheese specialist. Together we will guide you through 5 carefully selected cheese and sake pairings. All sake and cheese will be from small artisanal producers in Japan, yes, you read that correctly, Japan produces all categories of cheese.
The private event will be held on Saturday December 15th from 3pm to 5pm at the Hangar, the intimate reservation-only restaurant in Nakameguro.
Limited to 10 people, explanations will be in English and Japanese.
